The Esplanade needed to introduce their new Staten Island facility as a “home away from home” to area seniors, while reinforcing their unique overall NY-Metro brand of senior living.

A full range of marketing materials, including print ads, collateral materials and a new microsite promoted available residency at The Esplanade’s newest location.

Result

In less than one year the residency target rate was achieved, and to date have very few vacancies available. As with our previous marketing efforts for the Manhattan, White Plains and Chestnut Hill locations, we continue to support the brand’s initiatives.
