To name, introduce and raise awareness of a new Concierge Medicine Program Solution designed to facilitate consumer access to preventive programs and specialty services.

Solution

Create a memorable name — “Pro Sana Health” — that resonates with the target audience, then formulate a strategic messaging approach supported by robust collateral materials for both patients and physicians.

Result

Both patients and doctors embraced the program across all 15 hospitals within the Long Island area. It is now an integral part of the hospitals ongoing patient and physician Relationship Management Program.
