Challenge

One of the metro area’s largest privately held real estate companies, AVR needed two separate marketing programs: one for the 201 townhouses of Powell Cove Estates in Queens; and one for the 80 luxury condos of Valeria in Cortland Manor, 40 miles north of the city.

Solution

We created separate, hardworking brand identities of each of these two very different markets, and developed customized advertising and sales programs that leveraged the multiple amenities and tremendous value of Powell Cove Estates; and the estate-style residences and exclusive lifestyle of Valeria.

Result

Our distinctive, content-rich collateral and carefully designed property identity materials, along with appealing print ads and on-site sales materials brought in prospects that closed in record numbers, with each property achieving their sales goals ahead of schedule.
